Production Process

Raw materials used in Yazd Profile Company enter the factory as steel coils (rolls) and, after a high-precision slitting process, are prepared for entry into the production lines.
In the first stage, the steel strips enter the “forming” section and, by passing through a series of precise dies, are shaped into various sections. Then, the pipe seam is welded using the “High-Frequency Induction Welding” (HF/ERW)  method, and the product enters the “sizing” section. In this stage, the pipe, by passing through specialized dies, is transformed into the desired final dimensions and shape, including various profiles, hollow sections, and other sections.
At the end of the process, products are cut to the required lengths with high precision by automatic cutting machines and, after quality controls, are neatly packaged and ready for dispatch to customers.
The use of advanced equipment, precise control of the production process, and continuous quality monitoring have resulted in the production of products with high dimensional accuracy, strength, and uniformity.
